Fava Bean Soup
I bought a bag of dried split fava beans from my local Mediterranean store last week. Today I was in the mood for some soup. I saw the bag of beans and started to create a bean soup. It was very basic, but delicious. After I made the soup, I decided to google some other recipes with fava beans. Little did I know, I had just made a version of Bessara! Bessara is a traditional Moroccan soup.
