Stir Fry and Sea Bass
This is a great meal and it can serve 4 easily. I only buy wild fish because they are much healthier than farm raised. Wild Sea Bass can be a bit pricy, but you can use the same recipe on any fish that you prefer.

Salt and Pepper to taste
fresh grated Ginger (1/2 tsp)

Stir Fry
The best thing about making stir fry is that you can use almost any vegetable that you have in your fridge. Saute them all together and put over noodles. You can't go wrong with this easy meal.
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans cut in half
1 small green pepper diced
1 pound sliced mushrooms
1 small red onion diced
1/2 pound frozen corn
1 small summer squash
1 cup low sodium vegetable broth (organic preferred)
1/2 inch grated fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves pressed
1 small jar of your favorite stir fry sauce (this meal tastes good with out the stir fry sauce too)
1 tbsp palm oil
1 pound Korean Style Noodles-Somen (angel hair pasta works well too)
Directions:
Heat Red Palm Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add all the vegetables and onions. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir well. Add the vegetable broth, cover the pan and let simmer for 3 minutes, then turn down the heat to low. Add the small jar of stir fry sauce to your vegetable mixture. Stir well, cook for a few more minutes on low, and then turn off the heat (all vegetables should be tender). Meanwhile, bring pot of cold water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 8-10 minutes (depending on the brand) until al dente. Drain the noodles in a strainer. In a large bowl combine the noodles and the vegetables with all the sauce in the pan. Stir well and voila!
